Admission Process
ADMISSIONS FOR THE 2025-2026 SCHOOL YEAR
Tour
- To sign up for a tour, please fill out an inquiry form - CLICK ON INQUIRY FORM.
- You will receive a welcome email. The email will direct you to your admissions portal.
In the Admissions Portal:
- Click on the box that says CHECKLIST.
- On the left side of the screen click on the word TOURS. A box will pop up with instructions to click on SIGN-UP to see the choice of dates available.
- Once you are signed up, you can access your date by clicking on the word TOUR.
Apply
- To complete an application, view the CHECKLIST from your portal and finish the required items listed.
Once the application is complete, please view the CHECKLIST in your portal and select a day for your child to join us for a KINDERGARTEN PLAYDATE or for those applying to 1st-8th grade a SHADOW DAY.
Kindergarten Play Date
- Small groups of kindergarten applicants will meet with our admissions team on the playground and then move indoors for fun activities. During this time, parents will have the opportunity to meet with our parent ambassadors and the administrative team. This event will last about an hour. Details will be sent closer to the event.
- Please note that Your child must be five years old by September 1, 2025 to begin kindergarten.
First - Seventh Grade Shadow Days

Sign your child up for a half day visit in one of our classrooms. They will visit in their current grade level and will have an opportunity to meet other students and complete writing/reading, and math assessments . The visits will begin at 8:30 am and end right before lunch. Details will be sent closer to the event.

We invite parents to stay for a few minutes at the morning drop-off to chat with administrators.
Dates + Deadlines
- Applications are due by January 17, 2025.
- One teacher recommendation for grades K-8 is required by February 1, 2025.
- Transcripts from the past 1-2 years are required for grades 1-8 by February 1, 2025.
Admissions decision notifications are sent March 14, 2025.
